Overview
Bushey Feight Morin (BFM) Architects is a seventeen (17) person firm located in Hagerstown Maryland, which has maintained a continuous practice of architecture since 1968. BFM was incorporated in the State of Maryland in 1978.
BFM is in a strong financial position which may be confirmed with our accountants, Albright, Crumbacker, Moul & Itell of Hagersown, Maryland.
BFM has an established reputation for quality architecture and personal service to our clients. Our design philosophy is based on creating buildings that meet our clients aesthetic, environmental, and functional needs. Each of our projects is designed to be visually appealing. It should be apparent that all of the elements in our designs were thoughtfully selected, composed, and detailed by a skillful designer to fulfill the desires of the client.
We have adopted a practical approach to planning efforts that result in plans that incorporate the concerns and hopes of those involved, along with practical information that assists the implementation of the plan as evidenced by projects in Hagerstown such as the 92,642 sf. Maugansville Elementary School, the 88,000 sf. Career Programs Building at the Hagerstown Community College, and the four (4) new office buildings designed for the Dahbura Family, Hub Plaza Building, Hub Annex, Hub Business Center and the Sylvania Building.
In addition, BFM also provided architectural services for the three (3) operations buildings at Citicorp- Hagerstown, the new Richard Henson YMCA, Eastern Elementary School, Smile Design Center, and the renovations at the Washington County Circuit Court Annex and the Washington County Detention Center.
Currently we are providing A/E Services for the $24.1 million Federal Express Terminal which is presently under construction.
All contract drawing document development within BFM and their consultants is produced using AutoCAD 2009 and is updated annually through a subscription service.
