Description
This $3.5 million dollar facility provides administration, shipping, and warehousing for products of Anheuser Busch. The building designed in strict accordance with the Anheuser Busch corporate specifications includes a 7,000-sf conventional steel office building and a 43,000-sf environmentally controlled distribution and warehouse structure with insulated steel roof and wall panels.
Critical temperature and humidity control is provided in the 20,000-sf warehouse. Shipping and receiving is managed in an 8,340-sf loading dock area with access to the warehouse through automatic sliding refrigeration doors. Regional distribution beverage trucks are loaded and stored overnight in enclosed shipping bays. The 11,500-sf shipping area is controlled by 2,800-sf management offices.
The 7,000-sf office building receives guest and customers in a furnished lounge and beer garden. Management offices include advertising, customer service, product control and general business operations. Custom wood casework is provided in individual offices.
